Since when did we start punishing twice for the same crime in this country? He has served his punishment ans has come back clean and got the Qualifying time, let him in

IT was a well known fact that any drug cheat would get a life time Ban by the British association BEFORE he cheated .so as they say if you cant do the time dont do the crime I have no time for cheats in any form and do not want one representing my country even if he could win a handful of gold medals.
