Jelavic was a beast for those first 6months.By that rationale, Jelavic is a symphony.
He might fancy him on loan for the remainder of the season, but there's no way he's paying a transfer fee for a 29 year old who's scored ten goals in 55 appearances in top-flight English football, and is so slow that he makes stationary objects look brisk.Jelavic was a beast for those first 6months.
Im not saying either are good players, just from Sams POV, he got goals from the boy, so he might fancy him.
Nobody will ever give us a transfer fee for Tosun. He might fancy him on loan for the remainder of the season, but there's no way he's paying a transfer fee for a 29 year old who's scored ten goals in 55 appearances in top-flight English football, and is so slow that he makes stationary objects look brisk.
Having said that, I hope you are right and I'm wrong. WBA giving us £10m for Tosun in January would be very welcome indeed.
According to one of the leading newspapers over here. AD (Algemeen Dagblad) Feyenoord are looking into the possibility of signing him on loan (that's what I presume at least) in January.
Only slight problem in that otherwise excellent idea, is that Feyenoord are known to be absolutely skint.Oh please god yes. Hopefully they get into a bidding war with West Brom and it drives up the % of his wages they will pay.
Is it? It’s about 1 in 3 which for a striker who doesn’t do anything outside the box is pretty average. I thought he’d hit about 7/8 under Sam, that Stoke game was the only game I didn’t try and forget at that point hahahah5 goals in 14 games is a tune.
