They just enjoy getting a reaction from the Turks, they don't even care about how Cenk plays. Even if Cenk scored 10 goals in a single game, they would come arguing "but he missed that 11th goal, what an utter garbage". Kev even takes it to a mom joke level to trigger a worse response. Weird way of having fun but he is who he is.
Just go along with them and accept that Cenk is no footballer at all for a while and they roll back to silence.
When I've watched him play, he continuously puts a shift in alongside good movement (on and off the ball) based on his reading of the game. Not really suited to playing lone striker but I think with a partner and supplied with chances he will score a decent amount of goals.

As you allude to, we simply don't' service him enough and he's often left fulfilling a thankless role, which is not something he is not suited to.
I think we are missing Gylfi a lot as he'd be servicing him much better, and with the right additions he'll be a potent threat in front of goal.
If we were able to get another quality striker alongside him, who offered a different style (more agile and pacey etc.), it'd be a nice a combination. He has shown he can finish and isn't scared to put his head in where it hurts . I like him and I like his attitude and I really think he is a very useful striker. I'm a decent attacking team I could see him scoring 15+ in a season. He knows where the back of the net is for sure

I would be quite content to start the new season with Tosun, player-X, Niasse and DCL as I feel our real deficiencies are in other positions.
