Hmm disagree on that. I think he's a lot quicker & stronger than people give him credit. Ran City's defence ragged earlier in the season. He runs channels really well IMO.

He’s not slow and weak, but he’s not quick and strong either if that makes sense.

You mentioned people fearing his pace, but I haven’t seen any evidence of that at all. At the game I sometimes see that there’s going to be a foot race between an opposition striker and our defence and think ‘uh oh he’s defo not winning this’. I can’t remember the reverse and thinking ‘DCL will roast him here’. Look at the amount of times bolasie just knocks the ball in front of him and bursts past his man - no skill just raw pace - & try to recall seeing DCL doing the same. Same with strength, he can hold his own usually but there’s no way he’s outmuscling the big units the way a Carroll, benteke or costa does. He’s a good all rounder, but I doubt very much that teams fear any particular part of his game.
