Would much rather Moussa Dembele, no doubt we'll sign this bloke who wont score in a brothel whilst a Southampton/Burnley/Watford take a punt on Dembele who ends up banging in 15 goals a season for probably less cash/wage.

No mate, I'm whinging that he hasn't been signed before January 1st.

We should have had a striker in 6 months ago. The state of anyone calling anybody a bedwetter for wanting a striker in ASAP after how this season has played out.

You might be well chuffed watching DCL spaff chances every week but I'd like to see us bring in someone quality and I want it yesterday.

I honestly don't understand why we aren't trying to / already had 3 deals lined up. Of course other clubs may not have wanted to deal mid season. But it's hard to get a player from a club in Jan with the club having no previous knowledge, because they have to get a replacement in. That's where the RS got a bit lucky with van dijk. He's not been in the soton team all season so doesn't need immediate replacing.

We bought 4 players in 3 days in the summer. We need to go back to that sort of productivity.

I mean we probably are offering to pay instalments of 89p a week but we really should just be getting this done.

...he said he normally has to concentrate on keeping teams up so one thing he’s looking forward to is having a proper go at the cups with Everton.

We need more than 1 Striker anyway and Dembele would offer something totally different to him.

Quite a bit of Turkish football fans in Gent. It's quite interesting; most of the time their place of residence gives away their club preference. E.g: Besiktas fans all seem to live in the Sleepstraat. It's weird, even the hairdressers are Besiktas styled.

Because bar the goalkeeper that quick-fire strategy worked so well.
