The player clearly has made his mind up and returning to play in Turkey is probably not an option any longer. Besiktas know this but this posturing is probably more for their fans than any real expectation of getting much more money.

Go sell him to China then. Let the mystery Chinese club pay 35 million euros plus the 35 million euro overseas player tax, because they must really really want him at 70 million euros.

Oh and Roma are circling, then let him go there then as I am sure they will be spending money like a premier league club and paying the same insane wages plus the weather will be better and he'll be an hour or two closer to home on the plane.
