I watched the first half of the game yesterday and imho your problem is in the midfield. No hold-ups, no short pass routines, no one-twos. Whoever gets the ball suddenly becomes uncomfortable and tries to give it away asap. I can't judge your team style by single game but when i check your last games, i can see ball possession is not your strongest character.

Yeah our forwards are dreadful and no doubt he will do better than them but don't lose sight of the fact Babel only improved because the Turkish league is awful and anyone would look good there.

22 million Euros for the actual transfer fee and an additional 1.15 million Euros as solitude share (whatever the hell it is).
If Everton makes it up to European League, an additional 500000 Euros, if they make it up to Champions League, it gets to 750000 Euros.
If Cenk starts up 10 matches in this season, an additional 500000 Euros, he should start 25 matches for next seasons for the same amount of additional payments.
Total of the above additional payments cannot be greater than 2 million Euros.
If Cenk scores 15 goals, an additional 500000 Euros will be paid for each season. Amount rises to 1 million Euros if he scores 25 in a season.

Finally, if Cenk gets transferred to another club in the future, Everton pays the 7.5% of the difference between the amount Everton gets from the next transfer and the amount Everton paid to Besiktas.
