It's funny you felt the need to stress it twice with 2 separate posts.

Of course ligue 1 is better than Turkish League but the numbers are right there... And this list is after Turkey's recent economic blunders.
Plus, last time i checked this year Nice was way off international competition. And Balotelli was quoted saying "I want to play in Champions League". But of course you can always talk on behalf of anyone, go on...

Let's focus on Cenk Tosun and not spoil his holiday in London :)

His overall performance though was very poor. The ball bounced off him again and again. He was slow and couldn't dribble well. Didn't even show any strength for a big lad. He was being played on the wing though so hopefully that was just a poor performance and he's more than just a very good finisher.

Update: The sources close to the Everton club wrote that Everton would announce the transfer of Cenk Tosun on Tuesday.

It was also written that Everton's Cenk Tosun would announce his transfer with 'Come to Everton' videos.

IF this is the player we want, and IF we did send our Director of Football to Turkey to finalize a deal then we simply cannot allow it to fall through. Clubs of the stature we claim to be, or aim to be, do not let that happen.

Walsh either signs him or gets sacked. If he can't complete the signing of a player who is obviously ready to come then either he, or Mosh - or both, are frauds.

No, I'm not overreacting, but we just can't afford to continue to be unable to negotiate the transfer market.
