haha no, i am simply questioning the moral standing on shooting a lion that would have been dead if the tables were turned.

I think the general consensus is that if you pay to shoot an animal which has no real hope of defending itself then you're a fairly cowardly piece of work, most likely with erectile dysfunction and most likely being the sort of bloke to have fathered his sisters children.

If however a lion attacks you completely unprovoked and you shoot it dead to prevent it killing you or others, then I think you'll be fairly ok from a moral stand point.

Im not arguing the point, obviously horrible to shoot a defenseless lion!

Its just the outcry about it when different tables would have end result. Us humans just love a moral standpoint, shame the lion didnt maul his face off first

im not sticking up for the hunters at all, think its the moral stand point when appraoching a wild animal in their habitat would have ended up with a dead lion if the lion posed them as a threat, which clearly they were.

More a moral reflection on the species sure but just pondered the thought that the headline would have been written differently had the lion been a lion in the first place
