You can't really get in, unless you tip the Security Guard which probably wouldn't be that hard. This Hotel is in a very well-to-do area, one of those minefields where they want to redevelop but there are alot of rich folk opposed to everything around.

It's just kind of sitting here. The last guy who was 'looking after it' ran a high class brothel in here until he got done.
