Last two games have shown the difference between a manager like Ancelotti and the previous managers we’ve had. We’ve had a bad patch with some questionable decisions from Ancelotti, but we’ve responded with 2 big results and are still in a good position going into the Christmas period, in part thanks to him making a formation change.
We’ve seen previous managers stick to what wasn’t working and our bad spell would go on for much longer than what we’ve just had.

Good run but concerned with the sheer amount of games we have left this month with dwindling options with the injuries / short recovery time.

He's seen what they players can do and tried different things under the strain of a stretched squad which have and haven't worked.

Just wait until he starts moulding the team more and more how he wants
