We saw how he wants to set up in our games at the start of the season. That's the only glimpse of hope. Good players and some depth might perhaps realise it.

Unlike what was said earlier I do think that Carlo is bothered, it is just that he is clueless on how to turn the team around. The angry diatribe from Duncan Ferguson washed over a desperate manager who is out of his comfort zone.
