He's done nothing of note since being here apart from winning at Anfield. But even then, Fulham won there too this season.

I dont want to hear about Carlo's history anymore. Nottigham Forest won back to back European Cups. Where are they now?

Carlo is an old skool manager with old fashioned tactics.

Isnt free from critism at all he has made mistakes this season, what other tatics could he use atm is using a system which suits the players he has atm next season witht more options in the squad i expect us to be more flexable in formations

We need a better midfield. Hopefully James can come back for the last 3 and we can finish atleast 1 place higher.

I said this before and I will say it again:- he isn't going to have world class players in nearly every position at Everton. never happening. He's the wrong fit for our club. You can't turn Siggy into Kaka. How did Carlo's Napoli fare? And they had much better players than we do.

So how are we going to improve? Because Carlo needs 14 very good to world class type players. Look at all of his teams in the past. Everton just won't buy that many players. We need an actual project, a blueprint.

Right now it's just: lets hire Carlo he's world class, buy anyone, point to Carlo's previous triumphs, try to win. That is our strategy. We need an actual philosophy from top to bottom. A manager who wants his players to play and actually use the ball in positive positions. We need a director of football who will bring in players in the style of the manager - not donkeys who want to sit behind the ball and spring one counter attack per match.

The limitations are obvious but the squad build was never going to see quick progress. Next season is about using the positives and then buying really smartly to push on several steps.

Yeah it's the culmination of 5/6 years of bad recruitment. Last summer was of a better quality and hopefully that continues.

Anyone thinking that he's some attacking coach dont watch enough football. The football will always be pragmatic and defensive minded.

I hate it. I would have Roberto back right now to be honest, at least we would have drawn 3-3 tonight under him and had some fun.
