We are absolutely awful to watch, it’s embarrassing. We get outplayed by pretty much everybody, it’s seriously bad.

It's true but the reason he went more defensive was injuries to be tight and get more results and seemingly they can't just switch between tactics like that. Agree he needs to work on a plan and tempo at home but you can't say he hasn't tried different things. Also having your best players is key to that also the players, these players have been like this for year's he is the first manager to change their mindset in any respect.

If we can’t set up with a positive mindset and high tempo against the miles of Burnley, Newcastle and Fulham then we have a serious issue with our coaching staff

Boys and girls.
as much as I don’t want to, I have to start questioning the manager in the overall style of play and approach to games we have.
This guy, for all he has won and is no doubt a class act, is not beyond criticism.
It’s been nearly a season and a half now, and if you are all honest with yourselves, apart from league position, which is false imo, we are not a good team. He can and should be doing better. I think he’d admit it himself.

We are such a poor team to watch.

Maybe mate, we did at the start of the season though? The issue for me is unless we have our best team out there Carlo doesn't trust the replacements so plays cautiously.

Has been hamstrung a lot of the season because of the squad depth but still some of the home performances have been shocking, a mixture of too negative Tactics and sheer lack of desire which isn’t anything new tbf
