Lets just hope everyone doesn't get on his back if we fail to be decent in the near future - he's inherited a squad that has major deficiencies but has a few bright prospects that could work with better around them. We don't need boo-boys right now. We need support for what we have, regardless of the fact that many need replacing - let's get behind the team as they are, push them to do better and hopefully we'll bring in some more quality to better our position but this will clearly take time. There are more than a couple of players who deserve our derision right now but the only way we ae going to muster a fight is with our own supporters roaring us on in the ground, we need to be the voice that lifts the team, not deride them - we can do that online but in the ground it's us against the opposition not against our own players. I agree with almost all of the complaints on here about our shortcomings individually and as a team but on match day we must voice our support and play our part in lifting us as much as we can - we are a 12th man if we act in this way and can influence the atmosphere as Dunc did and get a tune out of this band until reinforcements arrive.

Yes they do reach 'peak' at different times,however, DCLis still showing constant improvement,therefore, we don't really know his 'ceiling' until he plateaus
