I wouldn't want Howe, but can see how some would say he is a young manager who potentially offers more upside.
West Ham went for the 'superstar manager' option with Pellegrini and it has been a resounding failure.

This is huge, racing the profile of the Club infinitely, more coverage, more respect instead of the patronising ‘little old Everton’ attitude. Obviously making us more attractive to prospective players. If he brings Zlatan in, it may be only for a few months but the eyes of the footballing World will be on us too. Yeah, I have concerns but them concerns are minor compared to the wave of positivity and respect we are now going to command. Things are changing. This is the start.
