This has nothing to do with Everton, it is sky sports news bulling. Simply don't believe anything off Sky tv unless you see the player/ manager in the shirt.
Interestingly Everton also say no one has turned us down.

Everton’s statement on Monday night seemed designed to rebut suggestions they had been turned down by one or more of their targets although whether that was in reference to Mikel Arteta, or the Portuguese coach Vitor Pereira, was not made clear.



Right, so Pereira says he turned us down last week but we wait a week to make a statement on that, and it has nothing at all to do with the frenzied Ancelotti speculation and how we are no nearer a manager, but the club put out a whole statement about some non entity in China. Ok.
