hmmm, finishes at Everton and ends up in court 6 months later with former employer.

Isn't it strange how once someone's usefulness is over the arguments start up.

Was going to say he's already been sentenced to 12 Months behind bars . . . and then I read this.
"Under Spanish law, any sentence under two years for a non-violent crime rarely sees a defendant without previous convictions serving jail time.
As such, Ancelotti, who has been sentenced to 12 months in jail after being found guilty of tax fraud in 2014, won't spend any time behind bars."

Apparently in Spain if the sentence is less than 2 years and you're not a wrong un you don't serve time.
