We would need someone from outside Merseyside to ensure that the cut outs are sufficiently diverse to reflect the multi ethnic nature of society. Was it Arsenal who dropped a clanger on that or was it Spurs? Suggestions on the make up would be welcome, i.e. 60:20:10:2 , and make sure they are properly mixed together. This is a serious point.
