But genuinely today, we needed an ambulance twice and later on the police.

Thats the issue though isn't it? I don't know the nature of the shop, but it may be selling "essential" items. Football and sport isn't isn't, so some of the dispensation provided won't apply.

Yes well then the same rules for a supermarket will not be applied for a sporting event. Just because you have gatherings at supermarkets doesn't mean you can automatically transfer it to sporting events.
