If the season can’t be completed then it becomes null and void, as the relegation / promotion places can’t be settled.

They’ll no doubt move to behind closed doors matches shortly, and then a player / senior official / referee will be diagnosed and that’ll end it.

Real shame Liverpool have such a huge lead now and can win it mid-march, they'll play on till Liverpool are crowned champions (1 to 2 weeks will sort that), then postpone/cancel the remainder...

My solution is simple.... Cancel the League now, declare season null and void as it wasn't completed... No teams get relegated (so no one can sue)... You promote the top 3 teams in the Championship (so they can't sue for loss of PL money).... So next season (for 1 year only) is a 23 team league...relegation zone is 6 places (to bring it back to 20 teams the following season)... Cancel the League Cup and Nations league Internationals...make the Champions league Group stage similar to the Rugby 6 nations, where you only play teams once instead of Home & Away...

So yeah basically Liverpool don't win the league... Hate to see it, but it's the sensible thing to do ...

You can’t win anything if the season isn’t completed. Even if they were mathematically champions it wouldn’t matter a jot. It’d always be the unfinished season.

Think the only way they would call it all off is if arsenal players had passed it on to West Ham players last weekend... At that point even playing games behind close doors isn't acceptable...

As amazing as it would be for the season to be declared null and void, I really can't see it happening... If this was the season Leicester were winning then yeah of course, but not with Liverpool on the verge of winning it..
