Should football be canceled until August and this season declared null and void?

The Premier League have to be seen to be proactive in completing the league which explains the delays and deadlines to commit.

With UEFA scraping The Euros it will have come at a cost to all European league. It is a huge wake up call to the big leagues because they will have a huge say in European competition for next season.

They will not wait for The FA or Premier League to complete their season just like everyone else in Europe.

The talk of playing football is completely papering over the cracks of this Virus. It's unpredictable, unforgiving and destructive. It doesn't just effect little things like Football but day to day life and actual life.

These comments regarding safe and appropriate is finally the first time people in the country who run football to finally wake up to the realisation that this is a crisis not just in football but whole country.

Friday we will hopefully see clubs reducing players wages to support non-playing staff if this hasn't already been done but when clubs talk money they will ultimately talk about the real cost of finalizing the end of the season for the protect of clubs, players and fans.

No VAR as there are 3 men in a box, but hundreds of catering staff to ensure the players/coaches/broadcasters/officials/ physios/club doctors and god knows how many more people get fed 2-3 times a day. Hotel staff, waiters/waitresses/cleaners.

It would be like a bloody all inclusive holiday complex.

Then even if they are testing all the players and staff regularly, are they going to be doing the same with the normal folk who are being forced to work there? What if one of their families get it or would they be held prisoner in the complex so they cant mix?

Personally, if any clubs go to court over whatever is decided from a league standing point of view over this, will amaze me.

Well the only club that wouldn't outright amaze me would be Liverpool. But I hope they recognise the huge embarrassment and shame they'd cause themselves if they do.
This is a club who first denied Suarez racially abused Evra. then claimed it was a cultural misunderstand, then went round with stupid T shirts like bellends, then Dogleash tried to defend Suarez not shaking hands with Evra. They also tried to sue a amateur football club, tried to copyright a chant that wasn't even started by their fans, they have no shame.

Void the season and that match doesn’t exist. They’ll be European Champions for another year. I’m sure they’ll be delighted.
Whatever. They can be delighted about whatever they want. If it makes them happy to pretend that they're still champions of a competition that they got knocked out of, in literally the last game they played then they should go for it. Do what makes you happy I say.

Personally I'll only he "delighted" when people stop dying from this virus and we return to normality but that's just me, whatever floats your boat I guess. Different priorities and all that........

Give it up.

You can't just make changes like that during a competition and expect anyone to still view it as valid.

The VAR issue is the most laughable as it has been a key factor in a huge number of PL results this season. You can't just conveniently drop it now, however much I personally detest it.

This is utterly nauseating watching how low some will go to to try and force a season completion through. Just void it for God's sake.
