Yes like a later post states you would imagine that Moshiri had to give an indemnity for any losses suffered by Everton during his period of ownership.

In simple terms this means that Moshiri rather than the current ownership have to pay the judgment ( if upheld on appeal).

Precedent has been set now if a club is found guilty of any sort of financial breaches that is perceived to have cost other teams money, have a go at them.

I'm sure the exact same rules will apply to any cases brought against top 6 clubs. Totally even treatment right across the board. I have no doubt whatsoever.
