I thought the ESPN coverage of the FAC Semi was the most biased thing I ever saw and hoped for the best with BT sport.

It,s clear all BT sport did was follow the blueprint of ESPN and pack it out with reds.

My personal experience with BT Sport has been a very poor one

Sometimes they point blank refuse to let you get through to an advisor. They have a recorded message saying "Sorry we're too busy to talk to you right now". When they do decide to allow you to even queue, it takes a very long time. The longest I've clocked in is 75 Minutes

No one knows what the fudge they are doing when you do speak to someone and it took me 3 days to actually get the channel working as they hadn't updated their systems properly. This will make me sound racist as well but sod it, a lot them don't speak very good English either. I wouldn't expect to work for a French call centre and not speak French so I think it's only fair that if you work in a contact centre, you speak fluent English. It doesn't matter what country you're from. You could be from Antartica for all I care so long as I can understand what you're saying.


Meanwhile, I had a problem with the Sky Box a month ago. I called through, got to an advisor in about 5 minutes and she sorted it right away and was polite and friendly during all of it.

Sky are much better than BT when it comes to service in my own personal experience

I will be at the match but would still like to see the telly version. I watch BT Sports through my mother-in-law's account on an iPad and so can't record it.

BT with winning all the Champions league games home and away in 2015 that's when they will hike the fee up no way can they be making money as they are doing it now - Sky is losing its grip losing that contract!
