Bryan Oviedo

His return to full fitness is a huge boost.

Everything is coming together nicely now - Oviedo, Coleman and Stones back to fitness now, and Baines and Cleverley within the next two/three weeks. Brilliant stuff.

Pienaar/Gibson is no loss any more, so we can forget about them.

Gibson is fit isn't he? I still think he can be an important player for us. Pienaar used to be our most important player but we've been so long without him I've forgotten what it's like with him in the team. Would still like one last hurrah from him though before he retires.

Oh Bryan. I wish you were just a tiny bit better at football.

You don't rate him then? One of
My favourite players at the club. Mind my others are hibbo, gibbo and er piebbo (?) something about players who always seem up against it with injuries. Anyways, Would love to see him start this weekend.

I like him loads mate. And before his injury he was flying. But it's been a good while since we've seen anything of note.

Arguably the most likeable player at the club but, let's be honest, he's not gonna get a decent run of games any time soon.

Contract up in he summer too.

If he's happy being the very definition of a 'reserve' then I'd offer him a new one. If not I hope he goes somewhere and gets games.

Never say never mate. I bet Galloway didn't think he would get 10 games on the spin at left back with Baines, Oviedo, Garbutt ( though on loan so doesn't count ) all injured.

Good player Oviedo, just needs a bit of luck and a run of games and he will be in and around the first team squad.

Terrific prior to his injury but Galloway has shown great potential even at LB....Should Bryan recover his past form, could be an impressive back 4 with Brendan pairing with Stones in central defense

Jagielka not good enough
