He was. Personally, he's either a pretty clever wind up merchant, or someone who bases their 'understanding' of football on their FIFA15 fetish.

Firstly, Jagielka bar a few mistakes has been a great defender for us. With regards to Oviedo, I'd be more worried about him post injury.

He's still not really emerged from that horrendous leg break bar a few sporadic performances. Suggesting he'll walk back into left back is naive.

I hope he plays tonight and can start to emulate some of that scintillating form we saw two seasons ago, but it's still very early to tell.

When he has played since then, personally it's seemed as if he has seemed shackled and lacking any pace; an asset which really added to his game.

Always plays for the shirt - he must have been exhausted by the end with his lack of game time but after an iffy start sounded like he grew into the game.

First time where I thought he was really back without any apprehension. A great asset going forward for sure. I'd actually love to see Galloway partner McCarthy and have Oviedo play LB although now that Barry is back he is a guaranteed starter.

barry's been playing well this season, better than mccarthy. would like to see oviedo play though. Don't really think we should be forcing galloway into the midfield, he'll end up a CB
