...we've all been guilty of writing players off too soon. I'm not sure if this lad will get back to the level he was at but he is slipping down the pecking order which means he's less likely to get game time. Perhaps the recuperation and training is exactly what he needs but only time will tell if he's surplus to requirements at Everton.

I think he's a great player when fully fit. Dunno if he can get back to how he was but if the club think there's a decent chance he can then they should extend his contract.

Needs to go out on loan now and then sold in Jan before his contract is up.

Baines /Galloway / Mori and Garbutt can play left back and we dont need 5 of them.

Unlike Galloway and Mori, Oviedo is actually a left-back. Can also fill in on the wings if need be, a good squad player who'll play for the shirt.

I'd let him see out his contract and give him a chance to show his worth to the team.

If Baines were back fit then I think a loan to a championship club would benefit him greatly.
He needs to get back playing football every week. Very quickly then we would all find out if he can get back to his best.

Lovely lad, but I think the emergence of Galloway has killed Oviedo's Everton career, unless he can switch to the right, but even then Browning looks fine, and that mean's third choice RB at best, and third choice LB at best. Time to go, injury killed him. Lovely lads, though. Hope he gets a good new club. Could walk into a side like Sunderland or West Ham or something.

Done a real job filling in at right back for the injured Coleman ..... On FIFA.

However, in real life he might just have to go so he can get games. He's just not getting in ahead of Baines, or probably Garbutt and now probably Galloway who is a centre back really.

Lovely bloke, a real credit of a pro, and we'll always have Old Trafford.
