He did quite well in the 2nd half. I'm not sure how, as I've rarely seen a player so spent like he was after Barnsley. Dude bleeds for us. The 2nd coming of the Straq.

Uderstandedly off the pace...but he's gettin there.Except he also has some technical ability.
Hopefully Bry is back on course now. He's a cult hero already but I think there's still plenty to come from him.
Tbh we don't know exactly how hard he's been training in the last few months - he seems like he's a very determined character and always wants to better and improve himself, so I can see him trying really hard to (re)gain match fitness even beforehand, training matches and all, so that physically he'd be as ready as possible. Also attributing parts of that to being poor defensively against Barnsley however - it's one thing getting your football fitness back, but it's another thing to actually get back to the pitch and sort of regain your awareness and positioning and so on, if that makes sense.Really good. I was worried after mid week but playing 210 minutes in 3 days when you're low on match fitness is very impressive.
Oddly he was better against Spurs defensively than Barnsley, and also got up the other end too. Some engine on him.
We look more balanced with an actual LB at LB.
