I broke my knee 5 years a go, bit of fractured bone, partially torn my LCL and MCL, torn my ACL. After having my ACL hamstring graft I spent a day with a crutch then started physio right away. Light bike work, swimming, balance stuff, back to full sport specific stuff after 7 months and that's while I was at uni going out nearly every night and trying to learn. Leg rehab and surgery has improved incredible amount over the past 15 years. My Dad broke his leg at a similar age to when I broke my knee, when he was at Shef Wednesday and pretty much ended his career of becoming a professional footballer. Bryan will be back in time for the world cup.
