He will have a much stronger bench but if its anything other than 0-0 at HT he migh change it up.

1-1, Rooney equalized on a pen, at least i get to say i saw him score for Everton with my own eyes

To be fair you can actually do this with a back 4 and it still work well. JOB at right-back, Aznou at LB. When defending were stable back 4, when attacking JOB shifts over as 3rd CB so aznou can stay really high.
