On reflection, this looks like the kind of game where the team - not buying into Moyes's voodoo selection - collapses to a 3-0 defeat. Which would be utterly damning. It only takes one or two players to think shoehorning in favourites such as Keane and laming Branthwaite on the flank is beyond the pale. Not to mention destabilising to any patters of communication or play.

If they scramble a win from this, they still belive in the Moyesiah.

I've just had to explain why I was laughing out loud to my wife. I do vaguely remember many, many years ago we did the same thing and got the win so maybe we'll do it again BUT it says everything about the mess the recruitment team have got us in to. JOB will do fine (although creating isn't his strength) but it will be Branthwaite who will suffer and damage his reputation (if he tries getting forward too much). I have a horrible feeling that he'll pull a hammy too if he needs to chase back.

All in all, a dogs dinner.

That said, perfect for sitting in and breaking at speed with Barry netting another 1-0 winner for us.
