Looked the far better team without and finally finished some of those chances. Have now dominated several matches. If we follow this up with a win against Luton a lot will be forgotten.

Myko performances will improve because he ain’t got that donkey Keane next to him. Also helps branthwaite is left footed aswell. I know he don’t offer much going but on his day is a good defender

What's nice is that in this game, Pickford didn't have to be out best player for once.

Points to take away:

1. Dyche ways of relentless aggression finally pays off. We did the same against Arsenal but they are just heads above us.

2. Liking Branthwaite's performance today stepping in and won many balls.

3. Garner and Doucoure for non stop pressing.

4. Beto can only get better and DCL taking time recovering his old form.

Overall season starting to look bright . UTFT

We won! Ye gods and little fishes! Forgot how that felt. Shows how bad things have gotten that with 2 minutes of injury time remaining all I could think of was Newcastle coming back from 2-0 down at GP to snatch a draw.

Aside from the Villa game (didn't watch us Vs the goons last week) that result has been coming. What a difference having Branthwaite and Beto in the side makes.

Loads of great performances, think everyone played at at least a 7/10, but had to give mom to Tarkowski, him and JB were immense. Garner and McNeill were also excellent, probably our two most technical players and props to Dyche for how he used them, allowed then to come into central areas and get on the ball. Particularly moving McNeill into a ten second half, thought that was an important change that gave us numerical superiority and allowed us to dominate possession. They had no answer to that

Without meaning to be the downer here, looking through the calendar, we still have a lot of work to do.
We HAVE to get a couple of results that aren’t expected (at this stage). Turn losses to draws and draws to wins and should be okay.
Long season but I think we can handle ourselves to come out the other end and hopefully have new funds for new life next season.
