I've barely slept today, for no reason at all, so I couldn't get to my 9am lecture.

Wanted to go to lecture at 1, so went back to bed and went back to sleep until 12, got up, had a shower, everything fine. As soon as I was about to leave - I had a massive nosebleed that made me late by at least 30 minutes, so there was no point in going. Now everything tastes like iron, I have negative amounts of energy, and my head feels like I'm about to have a migraine.

Not a good day for me.

Then i get to ring sky up and shout at them down the phone some more despite me knowing they cant do anything.

Haha. He's a bit of a hot head from what I remember so I could imagine him going "DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM?" with that massive mouse head on him.

First day back in work after 3 months, 8 hour train journey down to pointy headville, followed by a pissed up divvy trying to fight me in the street when I finally got off the train, oh it's good to be back.

sat in work (as always) with my phone hijacked for the radio for the office.

Smooth F.M is now on with every half an hour it buffering and abuse sent my way.

So tempted to switch to a happier station, see if they notice if rock f.m started playing.
Either that or make the exact playlist up with the odd metallica and prodigy slipped in
