Thought I'd got away with it but they sent the notice of prosecution to the lease company, and they forwarded it to my company.
Took over 3 weeks so thought I was in the clear.

Defo got away with it mate. I did plenty of research and even used a template off the internet to contest it. It's extremely rare for them to serve the notice close to the cut off point.

Not necessarily. The fortnight rule (AFAIA) is for plod to process the N.I.P. - Not for you to be in receipt of it. Check the postmark if one does come through...

I have come to the Isle of Wight for a weekend with my missus and it is a peculiar place indeed. I'm not sure what to make of it. I have spoken to a couple of mancs at a bar, one a r/s fan and the other an Arsenal fan?????. I have engaged in conversation with an actual person who lives here, who is a marine engineer, but I don't know what to make of him?. I feel like I have booked a trip to a Westworld type destination.
