Channel 4 have got a ridiculous ad campaign going for one of their TV programmes. Just went to use a cash point (before realising my card is broken) and up came a message on the ATM telling me to cut up my card and that someone is watching me, before realising what it was. Momentarily crapped my pants.

Daughter passed her Theory test today at her first attempt.

.....a cat has chased a squirrel and forced it to the top of a telegraph pole near the front of my house. The cat is now sitting and waiting at the base of the pole and a few magpies are showing an interest at the top. Have a feeling this will end sadly.

......bit of a saga but the squirrel sat absolutely motionless for an age. The 2 magpies soon got fed up and left but the cat was more persistent. Eventually, though, he'd had enough and the squirrel fella came down the pole and escaped to freedom. Not the outcome I anticipated.
