I'm moving to a new building site as of Monday. It's a smaller site and I'll be only 1 of 2 managers there. A big step up! I'm quite excited to be honest.

I wish we could all be nice, but the thing would never get built! I tried being nice when I first took the job, but people (particularly older people) just end up taking the piss out of you. Plus it's a lot harder to tell someone that their work is s*** and that they're probably not going to get paid that week if you're pally with them!

Apparently the new manager I'm working with is a great guy, though.
