Any news is good news.

Nice to hear that the stadium will be surrounded by £5bn worth of investment. I was concerned that the £300m stadium cost estimate seemed a little cheap - the surrounding amenities should make up for it . Wembley might be big and cost a billion, but it's in a pretty dull location.
