Eubank calling golovkin out on twitter. He's nowhere near ready yet. (If he ever will be)

Again, Eubank has the hand speed and technique to seriously worry GGG. Anyone who can make GGG miss and can take a punch will have a good chance of out pointing him, and being honest even I didn't expect Brook to wobble him twice, so this machine myth that he can't be hurt just went out of the window too.

Did OK brook for his size, missed the under card on hols in Greece anything decent,
Anybody else think. GGG didn't look right tonight ?

GGG looked as good as he ever does. Tremendous power, compact, cuts corners - what happened was that for the first time in his career he came up against someone who punches from angles and moves, and not just sluggers like Lemieux and Murray.

The template to beating him is there now.

It does with all the greats

Laughing at sky comparing it to Hearns v Hagler though.

Golovkin isn't a great until he beats the greats in and around him. That's not even a knock on him, as obviously everyone is ducking him, but the same went for Calzaghe - ultimately though, he got the Hopkins, Kessler and Jones fights to rubber stamp himself as a legend.

Golovkin is simply on his way to greatness. He's not there yet.

I agree that GGG is far from the most skilful boxer on the planet. But no way CEJ lives with his power. Nor Saunders.

It isn't really a template though, is it? To beat him you just have to be really, really good.

Bit drunk watching it but he looked to be getting caught easy, good going forward but a bigger hitter would have had in trouble a few times there.
How did smith do?

This is the problem, no-one wants to fights him.

Not really. I think GGG is one of the hardest punchers who has ever taken to the ring, and I think he can take a good dig in return. I don't think just another hard hitter will ever beat him - I think GGG dominates anyone who doesn't move laterally, which he has done with every opponent in his career.

I actually don't think it would take a once in a lifetime boxer to beat him, as long as they can take a dig and move laterally.
