Fobbed off sitting around and watching the match and went on another hike on Saturday. Gotta' get this stuff in while the weather's still nice enough to not melt your face off. We'd lost by the time we got there...

This is outside Sedona, Arizona. As always, no colour correction etc. (too lazy)...

There's about an 80-foot drop in to a slot canyon about a meter to the left...

I think it was injured in some way as it didn't seem to be moving very well, so perhaps a predator had done some damage before I found it.

I moved it to some small flowers afterwards from the side of the pond - maybe some pollen or nectar would help it I figured.
