Now I've bought a film camera I'm looking on getting a nice Digital SLR. Any recommendations? Probably would tops around £250-£300

I'd buy a used camera.

It's not in Liverpool but Cambrian Photography in North Wales are always selling used cameras, think they offer a year guarantee on them all too. Can hit them up on Facebook.
