Blues in relegation scrap says Allardyce

Unfortunately I see many of those teams below us being able to get results that put us under more pressure. I also hope we can get a lift and go on a 'run' and get 12 from 15 like a few weeks ago but wether we can remains to be seen with the lack of tactics we are showing now.

I would also pray for more than 7 points as that is cutting it very close if, in fact, it is enough.

We always believe we can catch teams that are 'only' 7 points ahead yet many fans think we can't be caught by teams 6 points behind.....baffling.

Which ones, and based on what?

We should, but we won't. Wait until we're relegated, then get rid. That's the Everton way.
I personally don't think we will get relegated mate. But we don't need to get into a relegation battle either. But I agree. I don't think we will get rid before the summer. The idea of him staying beyond the summer doesn't bear thinking about.

Since we haven't been relegated for 66 years , I fail to see how it's the Everton way!

And as proven over the whole season, Everton are capable of getting points too. Which is why we are 9th and ahead of 11 other teams in the league, and only about 8 points from safety.

That's great  would prefer 12 tho :)

.....runs off for fixture list to see which of these footballing giants we are deffo gonna get points from........

PS: Do you think we can be awarded half a point a game for getting at least 1+ shots on target? Seeing as we have such long-standing in the top division and all

I'm not confident that this team will win any of the remaining games, we barely register a shot on goal in any game so why would we suddenly start beating everyone, we could have been in an even worse plight if we hadn't had some uncharacteristic good fortune in the Brighton, Liverpool and Newcastle games, it really is a total shambles.

Overreacting much there mate?

We don’t have to ‘start beating everybody’. We need to win about 3/4 games.

3 of the 4 games we didn’t register a shot on target were Chelsea, United & Spurs. Considering we’ve got 14 games left and only Arsenal, City & Liverpool from the top 6 to play, that shouldn’t matter much.

That's the whole point ^

You have confidence that there are 3/4 teams we can beat. I don't.

Mate we play Newcastle, Southampton, Brighton, Palace and Leicester at Home and go away to Burnley, Watford, West Ham, Huddersfield and Stoke. If we can’t pick up a minimum of 8 points against them, then we might aswell call it a day as a professional football club and enter the Business House League next season.

We simply need to place two attackers up front at home and we will pile the up the points. Our midfielders are terrible the past month or so maybe longer. Allardyce needs to buy into this soon or we will be relegation fodder.
