Like a Hell to the No!! You can't ruin a good steak!

having said all that, I'm not sure I agree with the chart on page 1.

I like a steak with a hot red centre...that's medium to me... hot pink is medium well, warm red centre is medium rare...

Apart from the actual texture of steak well done or dripping with blood, what do you lot have with it ? On its own? with veg? Fried frogs legs? Etc Etc

I have chips or a baked potato, sautéed mushrooms and either peppercorn or Bearnaise sauce with mine

If I've done it on the BBQ I will usually have some veg on to go with it. A couple of baby new potatoes with the thin skin and a bit of olive oil, sea salt, and garlic or rosemary don't go out of place with it either.

To be honest I hate over cooked chicken and undercooked is just dangerous.
