Well Done for me, not quite cremated but no pinkness or blood.

I should report you for this!

Like a Hell to the No!! You can't ruin a good steak!

having said all that, I'm not sure I agree with the chart on page 1.

I like a steak with a hot red centre...that's medium to me... hot pink is medium well, warm red centre is medium rare...

Blue is like a meat Camembert if the steak is good enough yum yum
 
Apart from the actual texture of steak well done or dripping with blood, what do you lot have with it ? On its own? with veg? Fried frogs legs? Etc Etc

If I've done it on the BBQ I will usually have some veg on to go with it. A couple of baby new potatoes with the thin skin and a bit of olive oil, sea salt, and garlic or rosemary don't go out of place with it either.
