Hey rag arse, wool indeed, Wirral was the first and last Viking stronghold in the entire UK. They settled on your side of the river as well....................hence Kirkby, Ormskirk, Speke, Scarisbrick, Ince, Meols, and indeed Everton (means something like boars feeding plave in the orchard). The Woodside ferry used to be your only way home after visiting England wool lad:P

Well, they're simple and they're wools, but not plain. Stunningly beautiful is what they are.

Actually I've never seen them but that's how I imagine them

That post is a thing of beauty...............................unlike rag arse Chris

quick build the stadium, Chris has reinstated kirkby as part of the city again.

Thanks Reids for reminding me where rag arse comes from, Kirkby a former Viking settlement making him a wool like us so he can't be a rag arse...............[Poor language removed] my head hurts:D

they didn't come down my way, although there is a claim being made that the last pagan king of england may have been killed in battle close to here. there is some dispute over where the battle of maserfield took place, and makerfield is trying to lay claim.

don't know who he was fighting with, pie -eaters probably.
