I am anxious to hear the status of Stones and Mirallas at this point.

Stones' ankle was bandaged up at the end but he could put pressure on it. Fingers crossed it's just a knock and it'll heal up a bit in the next few days.

Kev will probably be out til' November knowing our luck.

Negging's gone so I'm saying it - I'm going straight down the bookies tomorrow and putting 20 squid on relegation for us.

Just like I did after the Newcastle game last xmas.

It's 50/1 right now at Coral but just watch the price plummet after Watford snot us 4-0 next week.

We were the better team until Mirallas went off, he was very lively and was threatening. Second half, especially with McCarthy going off we lost it a bit, but Rooney and Dunc coming on got the crowd going and we grew back into it.

Not half as worrying as some are making out. The boss has said Lukaku will be fit and Mirallas and Stones must have been taken off as a precaution. Cleverly is impressing me and a sharp Baines is proper boss.

There's still a month of the transfer window left. Chill your collective beans.
Aye same view as me but I do think we need to speed up finding some players to help us in the final third as the sooner the better.

I agree with Dave here to be fair.

A cult hero? Yes. A proper blue? Yes. A legend? Not for me.

If he's not, nobody in the last 25 years has been.

That's a quarter of a century. Yes, we have club legends who won shedloads of stuff, but in this era if Ferguson isn't a legend, nobody is, and our standards for one are ridiculous.

What's the definition of a legend though? Surely it's those two things combined?

I don't think he's anywhere near one of the most gifted or talented players to play for Everton. But, he's a club icon. What's the real difference?

Christ.

The side that played first 20-30 minutes up until naismith comes on with Rom in it, we'll do okay. Problem as shown is when hes missing, then the likes of Kev have to go off and we're stuck with [Poor language removed] like naismith and Kone and jarg turk has to play too many minutes, then we're gonna struggle.

Desperately need 2-3 new attack minded players for that final third to replace the gash we currently have as back ups
