One thing I don't get at all about the way we play is that we apply absolutely no pressure when the other team has the ball.

Barcelona are the best passing side ever, obviously. Yet, when they don't have the ball, all 11 of their players will sprint full speed at you, chasing you back to your own goal until you get it back.

Why aren't we doing this?

We've been standing off teams, allowing them to run at us for 12 months. If he hasn't realized that standing off just doesn't work by now and is suicidal, my guess is that he isn't going to change it now.

I don't get it, you don't get it, we all don't get it....

We are pedestrian with the ball. We have no idea what to do in the final 3rd. We moan we don't have anyone to thread a ball... we do, it's just we don't have anyone wanting to make runs, opening teams up. The problem is we stand still TOO much.
