Give him games and he won’t dissapointhe needs games
Or 2 in 1I am sure as much as Beto is a slightly worse version of Doucoure on the ball, he would score at least once in 16 games.
give it a few years and it'll be "expected expected-goals"xG my absolute 'kin hairy backside. Sorry @GrandOldTeam but it boils my urine.
I hope Beto isn't extra flamable, but I have full faith in MichaelLeicester were so bad today they made him look like Lukaku for the first 60 or so mins.
Will never be a world beater but he definitely has fair amount goals in him if used correctly. Hopefully he catches fire from now until the end of the season. Then we can weigh up what to do with him long-term.
Stonewall penalty that too.
Jesus christ
Yip great awareness and intelligence from him for the first goalI would argue he played a part in our first goal by completely taking one of their players out of the play by shielding him off.
Yeah it looked even worse on tv so no idea what VAR were seeingStonewall penalty that too.
I dunno I think he is actually fairly decent at holding the ball up when he needs to. There was one time in the first half he held the ball up till he got support to lay it off to. He fended off the defender easily while he was swiping at Beto trying to get the ball off himBeto will never ever hold the ball up for you. It's been getting said on here since he arrived, you need to play to his strengths. Him and DCL are very different players. Swapping them out and playing the same tactics was never going to work. Balls through the gaps, breaking the lines is his game, and he showed what he can do with it.
Have to be conscious though, that they are one of the worst teams I have ever had the misfortune of watching. By christ they were bad. Not a single redeeming feature of their game.
Also, Jamie Vardy, your bird is a grass.
