I believe that theres typically small fine print in these obligations.

Lewis Hall moved to Newcastle from Chelsea and it was announced as an obligation post loan.

However, he had to play a certain amount of games.

Everton have not agreed a deal with any club for striker Beto to leave the club

Italian side Torino are reported to be close to agreeing a loan for the 26 year old but it's unlikely Everton would allow the player to move at this point.

This is following recent injuries to Armando Broja and Youseff Chermiti.
