Man his in the box movement is so much better than Dom. His finishing infuriates me but I think he deserves to start especially in the nightmare run we have in December

He's just very obviously a better striker if you want your striker to score goals. Getting shots away matters.

I'm not really sure what basis there is for this right now. He's barely played for us. The flashes are promising enough to give him a few starts and see if he can score some. The bar is on the floor with DCL.

Actually might be better for those simply because he is a counter threat. But yeah that would be kind of unfair to throw him in then and judge him for those games.

Beto does more in his token 8 minute run-outs each week than Calvert SundayLeague does in his guaranteed 80 mins every week, but it's pointless, because everyone knows Dyche will never ever ever play some foreign guy he's never heard of, didn't sign and has never kicked a ball in the toughest league in the world over a guy with 200+ games Prem experience and knows exactly what is expected.

Not suggesting Beto is the answer by any stretch (yet another player Kevin Fraudwell has spent years chasing that offers nothing), but you dont score 22 in 65 for Udinese by fluke. For all his heart, he's never been given the 20+ game runs DCL gets repeatedly with zero return. Credit to him for wanting to get on the pitch every week and giving it his all every minute; plenty of players would go the other way and down tools until the transfer window and go to a club you have a chance at.
