He's missed as many clear chances tonight, as DCL has all season under Dyche!

Beto is a far superior finisher to Calvert Lewin.

He messed up that first 1 on 1 but can see what he was trying to do with the second one. Just needed to roll it past him on the ground. When DCL misses them he has no idea how to finish a 1 on 1. Beto has proved his 1 on 1 finishing the last month. Lewin has had about 7 years and not done it.

First thing hes done "wrong" for me under Moyes.

Some people have made a show of themselves because he recovered the ball after being taken down and broke clear and didn't finish it and then he went clean through and the keeper made a save.


It's blatantly obvious some of your are praying he fails. Shame on you.

I think the defender threw him off for the first and the keeper has a scouting report and is trying to force Beto to finish deeper. Beto hasn't shown he can curl it around the keeper yet or go left so he may need to switch it up a bit. Still- Beto has played how many games as of late and has been clinical for how long? There will be games like this. I think he has been brilliant apart from the finish. And Beto creates these chances for himself. That is the most impressive thing.

The thing Beto did on those two misses that DCL didn’t do….was create them himself. DCL would have played the ball backwards because we wouldn’t want to take responsibility.
