Title tells all. Who are the best in your opinion to go down to the old division 2. Limited it to 92 onward as I cba with Jeff Butterworth for huddersfield is 63 type shouts.

I don't think so. He usually just decided to start scoring goals for fun pretty much whenever he wanted to during the run-in and get them out of trouble.

O yeah i recall that, Dalglish wanted him and were heavily linked, he then went United

Wasn't the amazing story that the club offices/stadium was shut at the weekend at Ewood Park and the contract being signed/Keane unveiling on the following Monday.

Everything was agreed with the fee,contract and wages with Keane and Forest but Fergie had persuaded him to sign for United during that weekend.

Pretty amateur from Blackburn,and Dalglish and Fergie had a intense rivalry then.

Yep he single-handedly kept them up for years pretty much. They went down the first or second season after he retired.
